Family visit

Today was rather nice. Been visiting my oldest brother and his wife and two kids. It’s not that often we get the chance to go see them, since they are all so busy, but today was an exception. Well most of the excuse this time, were 3 small issues with their computer and what better way to get up there and have some fun and well deserved relaxation with them.

Not much to say beyond that, except that my brother got to try his hand at drawing with Jen’s new markers (yes he DOES know how to draw) and he loved it. It’s fun seeing his talents at being creative.

Right now, I am just sitting here in front of the computer, being rather sluggish. I think I’ll get an early bedtime for once (yawn)

Computer trouble?

Another day well over, I should say.

Been rainy and gray and all, but after getting up, after what seamed a too short night, we met up with Egrimm in Odense to go out and have some fun.

I managed to find myself a new phone, which I will have to wait until next week, with getting and Jen managed to get herself some special paper for the color laserprinter.

After that, we went up to AIOdense‘s current rooms and settled down to relax with Egrimm and Sgt_Zero.

Zero had just recently bought a new machine, after 2 years with a lot of trouble with his old one. We simply couldn’t find out what was wrong with the darn thing and a few weeks ago, he finally got the money to buy a new one. He gave me the old machine, so I could play with it, get ride of the stuff that didn’t work and maybe find out WHY it behaved like it did. Continue reading Computer trouble?…

Another lazy day here, except for the busy manxie. She has once again outdone herself on a piece of art for my webpage, this time the wolf with pup at the top of my blog, that she drew a while ago. She took time to color it today and I must say it looks awesome!

On another note, I got my memory for my iMac today! MAN you can feel the difference between 1GB and 3GB of ram! YAY.

Beyond that, not much happens here. We take one day at the time, slowly seeing fall arriving here, with temperatures around the 14c here. Chil but oh well :)

Tomorrow we get money and tomorrow we go out to Odense and enjoy ourselves a bit. We will meet up with some dear friends and have a great time.

Server certificate

We’ve had a problem with downtime from 16:02 to 16:22, do to a problem with our server certificate from cacert.org. The problem has been fixed now.

If you get a problem with that the certification to secure http is not recognized, then visit http://cacert.org for more information on how to install a root certificate to your computer.

Odd day…

Yep this has been an odd day. Got waken up at 8, fixed computers over the phone, then tried to get a few more hours of sleep in the afternoon… Oh well. Borring day…
