Interesting restaurant

Just been out to Odense and have my eyes checked and while out there, I hooked up with Egrimm and Britta, two close friends. We walked around a bit before Britta mentioned that she was kind of hungry. Well one thing lead to another and soon it was decided to visit a new restaurant that they’ve found.
Restaurant HotPot is a Chinese restaurant where you have a hot plate on the table, you are sitting by. On that plate you get a pot that is divided in two. One for a mild broth and the other with a spicy broth. You decide on ordering how strong you want the spicy broth. After that, you go up to a buffet where you pick the meat and vegetables you wish to boil. Lots of stuff to chose from and there’s also seafood.
When you have chosen what you want, you go back and put it in the pot and let it cook. You control the heat directly on the heating plate on the table. While it cooks you can go up and pick up rice, noodles or other Asiatic goodies that is normal for such a place. Except here it taste twice as good, like the deep fried surimi sticks. Never tried that before, but man it was good!
Well when your previously chosen veggateables and meat are done cooking, you take them out of the broth and eat it with the other things you have chosen.
The experience is really great! You sit and chat and you are actually cooking your own food, while chatting. It does away with all the waiting for them to serve your food and it’s still freshly cooked.
I can really recommend this place!
