Well this series is about what happens when two guys are let loose in a kitchen when the misses doesn’t feel like cooking.
Today will feature me and Skov! Well let us take a look at the menu of the day, shall we?
Today’s dish, pancakes!
The recipy is as follows:

- 9 eggs
- 12 dl milk/buttermilk
- 200g flour
- 6 table spoons of sugar
- 9 table spoons of vanilla sugar or 3 table spoons vanilla extract
- 3 tea spoons of salt
- 1/2 tea spoon of natron
- 1 cl Baileys
- 1 cl blue bols
You mix all the fluids together first and then you add the sugars and the salt at last and then fry them in butter at medium to high heat.

The reaction to this creative attempt of making dinner, had rather interesting responses from my wife and a guest of ours. The first comment was “Ewwww I am NOT touching that!” but they both had to try them out and both found that they liked them.
I must say that the result was quite tasty and it’s something that I have to do again!
(No there is no alcohol left in the pancakes after they are done. It simply evaporates in cooking)
